One of the Most Famous Sweet /Dessert in Our Region is “TIGELADA “

Ingredients:
• 1 liter of milk;
• 7 eggs;
• 2 tablespoons of flour (poorly filled);
• 500 g of dark sugar;
• 1 tablespoon of honey;
• zest of lemon peel;
• olive oil
.Cinnamon

Confection:
Sprinkle the clay pot with olive oil and place in a very hot oven. Beat the eggs very well with the sugar, honey, cinnamon and lemon peel. This phase of the recipe is usually manual to be beaten with force. Then add the flour and dissolve everything with the milk. Without removing the pot from the oven and using a ladle, pour the mixture into the pot. Let it cook until it has the consistency of pudding.
It is served in their own pot.
